The Estimator is an AI-powered estimation platform that provides automated service estimates for various business types including but not limited to automotive repair, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, construction, and other service industries. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and information provided by users to generate estimates.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• That subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• That we may change subscription fees with 30 days notice

6. AI-Generated Estimates

The estimates provided by The Estimator are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as preliminary assessments. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and work required
• You should verify all estimates with qualified professionals
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated estimates
• Estimates should be used as a starting point, not a final quote

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Carlucci Digital Marketing Agency (CDMA) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including photos and information. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Estimator and CDMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Estimator, CDMA, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
